YogAAAAAAAAAHHHHH!!!!

I am an angry person.

I’ve never realised just how much anger I’ve kept pent up in me, until I actually destroyed my rubber stress ball. It doesn’t bounce anymore, and now its just all limp and squishy.

Yoga.

Relaxation, it turns out, is a skill that can be learned.
